Maseno University, through Igare Auctioneers, intends to sell by public auction the following vehicles and other items such as used computers, computer accessories, equipment etc on Tuesday 14th June, 2022 at Main Campus, behind Procurement Office starting from 10:00 am.

Conditions of sale
The catalogue containing the detailed information may be obtained from the Procurement Office at Main Campus Maseno University on normal working days beginning on Tuesday 7th June, , 2022 between 9.00am to 12.30pm and 2.00pm to 4.30pm. Upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Kshs. 200.00. Payment shall be made in cash or cheque at Main Campus, Maseno University.
- Prospective bidders will be allowed to view the items and verify the details/conditions of the items as the same are not warranted by Maseno university and the items are sold “as is where is” basis.
- Interested bidders are required to pay refundable deposit of Kshs. 50,000.00 for vehicles and plant and Kshs. 3,000.00 for other items such as the office computers & accessories and equipment payable to Maseno University before the auction to enable one to bid. This will enable a bidder to obtain a bidding number and the detailed catalogue. NO BIDDING WATSOEVER WITHOUT A BIDDING NUMBER. Any bidder wishing to buy more vehicles shall be required to deposit another Kshs.50, 000.00 if his first bid was successful.
- Refundable deposit must be paid in form of Banker’s cheque or cash in favour of Maseno University.
- The highest bidder MUST deposit 25% of the purchase price upon the fall of the hammer on the auction date at main campus of Maseno University behind the main library and the balance within 7 days from the date of auction failure to which the deposit shall be forfeited.
- All sold items must be removed from the auction yards within 7days from the date of auction failure to which they shall attract storage charges of Kshs.500.00 per day.
