Maseno University Students Mark Mazingira Day Through Tree Planting

Maseno University Scouts and Education students on Saturday, October 10, 2026, participated in a tree-planting exercise to mark Mazingira Day, reaffirming the University's commitment to environmental conservation and sustainability.
The initiative aimed to promote environmental awareness among students and encourage active participation in protecting the environment. Through the exercise, the students demonstrated the importance of tree planting in supporting biodiversity, mitigating climate change and creating a greener, healthier environment.
