The purpose of the Culture Week is:

  • Celebrating diversity through cultural expressions

  • Preserving heritage via performances and exhibitions

  • Fostering unity by bringing the university community together

  • Promoting intercultural learning—understanding different languages, foods, and traditions to strengthen national identity

The university thanked sponsors and partners, citing the Obutntu Philosophy“I am because we are,” emphasizing community and shared humanity.

This year’s event builds on the success of the inaugural Culture Week, further solidifying its role in safeguarding Kenya’s rich cultural heritage.
