Call for Submissions; Essay writing/Artistic Competition 2024

Maseno University (MU) in collaboration with the Regional Durable Solutions Secretariat (ReDSS) and the Refugee-Led Research Hub (RLRH), with financial support from the Kingdom of the Netherlands is implementing a three-year project titled: “Kenya Evidence Platform” that seeks to promote the localization of research on forced displacement in Kenya. We are inviting young people between 15-30 years of age to submit short essays, short stories, poetry, poster, short media pieces and any other creative submissions. The submissions will be subjected to review by a panel and the winners will be decorated by various awards

Competition Period: 14th September, 2024- 15th October 2024

Theme: ‘Exploring Forced Displacement Through Words and Creativity’
