THE 7TH EDITION OF THE KENYA UNIVERSITIES SPORTS ASSOCIATION (KUSA) WOMEN NATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIPS ON 9TH TO 11TH MARCH, 2018 AT MASENO UNIVERSITY.

Maseno University hosts the 7th edition of the KUSA Women National Championships on 9th to 11th March, 2018 at our Main Campus Grounds from 9.00am both days. This annual event coincides and often blends with the commemoration of the International Women’s Day, celebrated across the globe in different ways on 8th March every year. 

This event involves female student-athletes from various Universities in Kenya, both private and public, competing in 17 different games: Athletics, Badminton, Basketball, Chess, Scrabble, Hockey, Karate, Tae Kwo Ndo, Swimming, Netball, Handball, Soccer, Softball, Tennis, Table Tennis, Volleyball and Goalball.

The top finishers in each event shall be awarded with trophies and certificates at a closing ceremony on Sunday the 11th March, 2018 from 12.00noon. 

This year’s theme is “Press for Progress”.
